Daedalus Howell. The long time host of 707. Exec Director of CMedia. He was a natural and one of the best interviewer/hosts I have ever seen. A good man and a friend, who, in my opinion, found his forte but came to a point where he wished to move on. Google him. He's all over the place in the nicest possible sense of the word..
Juan de la O. A genuinely nice and decent man, helpful, talented, personable. When the big bang came he moved away and became a professional Home Carer. A rock at CMedia and more than under appreciated.
Evan Johnson. The Rental and Office Manager at CMedia. A videographer in his own right and a producer plus he ran the annual Video Summer Camp for kids. A complete pragmatist who rode the waves of uncertainty at CMedia with dignity, aplomb and diplomacy. One of the Good Guys with more talent than he was given the chance to show.
Bill Dunphy A talented filmmaker and producer/Director/Editor and was the overseer of the first few 707s. Very knowledgeable and a great source of my learning how to do shit. Some of his many accomplishments may be found in the IMDB
Jeff Trier. Another long time CMediarite. Jeff was the back room boffin and tech genius who kept the place, TV airings and company Network running. A great help in 707s tenure and who was grabbed quickly by Petaluma Community Access to augment their own status. Another good man.
Nick Sholley is a Family Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a brilliant stage and screen actor both in local theatre and beyond. He acted as host for several 707s and was co-host with Maria Halyna in a Council piece for the Food For Thought organization Antique store in Sebastopol. Had CMedia not gone under, his talents would have been utilized to a much greater degree. He was not a staff member of CMedia, sadly.
Maria Halyna Lewytzkj. Host of the Council. Roving Reporter ar the Sonoma Arts Festival at the Luther Burbank Center for the Arts. If she wasn’t so brilliant and busy, because of her brilliance, Queen Maria “Yooky” Halyna would have been seen on the screen in a profusion of roles. She worked briefly for the Council (our privilege) and I wanted her as a host for 707. Sadly it was not to be. A treasure!!
John Augustine Moran. Producer and Director, composer and performer of the 707 theme music. A longtime staff member of the Sonoma County Arts Council, co-owner of Bacchus Deli in the Mission Center, actor, playwright and exceedingly charming individual. Enough cannot be said about this man but this will have to do as space is at a premium. Learnt a lot from all the individuals in this section and very sad to see the show end. Not to worry eh?
